Key Responsibilities
  • Facilities Maintenance: Supervise and coordinate the maintenance and repair of all facilities, including buildings, equipment, and systems.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve maintenance-related issues in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including management, staff, and external contractors.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
  • Education: Diploma in Facilities and Building Management or a related discipline.
  • Skills: Sound knowledge of various regulations, including SCDF, Fire Safety Act, and Workplace Safety and Health Act.
  • Availability: Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays.
