Job Title: AI Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT and experience with infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deploy, implement, and maintain AI/HPC infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, and virtualization.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, such as design plans, statements of work, and test reports.
  • Lead or collaborate on projects, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and technical objectives.
  • Conduct proof-of-concept (POC) workshops to meet customer and business requirements.
  • Provide technical expertise during project tenders, presales discussions, and field support.
  • Work closely with vendors and customers to manage technical support cases and ensure resolutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Diploma in IT or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux server OS installation, configuration, and security hardening.
  • Hands-on experience with networking, virtualization, storage, and distributed computing.
  • Familiarity with HPC/AI infrastructure, software stacks, and Kubernetes/container orchestration.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-focused with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
