Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with clients, owners, building management, consultants, design firms, main contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders as necessary;
  • Monitor and oversee work execution by company-owned construction teams, sub-contractors, suppliers, and vendors;
  • Oversee, coach, and mentor the entire project team under your charge;
  • Review project team work performance;
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment policies and practices, quality, and progress at project worksites;
  • Attend project tender site show-rounds and tender briefings;
  • Prepare tender documents, costing, quotations, technical, and commercial proposals and submit to clients;
  • Review and approve Method Statements, Schedules, Claims, Risk Assessments, and Safe Work Procedures for projects;
  • Conduct site meetings with project teams and sub-contractors and monitor site progress;
  • Attend regular internal and external meetings;
  • Prepare monthly reports for management;
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., construction management, engineering, architecture) and have at least 5 years of experience in construction project management or a related field. You should also hold a valid driver's license and be physically fit for site visits.
