Position Summary:

As a Policy Operations Administrator, you will oversee and manage a complex portfolio of insurance policies, ensuring the timely issuance of policy documents and billing statements. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to provide essential administrative support to our clients and report directly to the Billing Team Lead within the Enterprise Business Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and manage assigned policy portfolios, ensuring all business-as-usual (BAU) activities are executed with precision and efficiency, including the issuance of bills, policy documents, endorsements, and medical cards.
  • Address inquiries through multiple communication channels, ensuring a high level of customer service.
  • Collaborate with appointed Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) to fulfill client service requests and resolve any complaints or feedback effectively.
  • Engage in project participation and product launches, adhering to strict timelines and deliverables.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as required.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior administrators.
  • Undertake additional tasks as assigned.

Experience Requirements:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in the insurance sector or related fields.
  • Experience with employee benefits schemes is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with term life insurance or hospital and surgical plans is essential.

Qualifications:

  • M5 Certification.
  • Health Insurance Certification.

Educational Background:

  • Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.

Language Proficiency:

  • Fluent in English.
