Job Description:

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional food preparation, presentation, and service. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of culinary techniques, menu planning, and kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare high-quality dishes in accordance with portion and quality standards specified in recipes.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, superiors, and guests to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop menus, plan events, and implement new concepts.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent culinary skills, including cooking techniques, menu planning, and kitchen management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of quality.
