Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Sustainability Specialist. The ideal candidate will have expertise in optimizing energy consumption and reducing carbon emissions in the built environment through intelligent energy management.


  • Energy Optimization: Perform Energy Monitoring to optimize energy consumption, ensuring maximum efficiency in ACMV, Lighting, and Plug Loads.
  • System Management: Manage Air Quality, Occupancy, and Water Quality to create a healthy and comfortable environment, while monitoring Data Centre Infrastructure for seamless operations.
  • Data Analysis & Field Technical Support: Analyze data from various equipment, provide technical support, and maintain systems to ensure optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Field Deployment: Interpret project plans, coordinate with clients, and implement projects on site, ensuring timely completion and quality workmanship.

Requirements:
  • Educational Qualifications: Degree in Building, Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Computer Engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Building Services or Industrial Automation, with knowledge of automation, PLCs, SCADA, BMS, and networking equipment.
  • Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to work independently and travel to client sites within Singapore and Johor Malaysia.
