Customer Focused Sales Associate Role

The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and customer-centric professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and supporting the sales process.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • • Provide proactive, professional customer service and product recommendations to customers
  • • Perform cashiering duties and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
  • • Receive, arrange, and merchandise stock on shelves in an attractive and organized manner
  • • Monitor expiry dates and shelf lives of products to ensure maximum freshness and quality
  • • Pack products according to customer orders efficiently and accurately
  • • Maintain outlet cleanliness through daily housekeeping and adhere to health and safety standards
  • • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management to support business objectives
  • • Demonstrate basic pet care knowledge and elevate pet diets through expert advice

Requirements:

  • • Ability to work retail operational hours, including weekends and public holidays
  • • Willingness to carry heavy loads up to 10kg (with trolley assistance) and travel to promote sales growth
  • • Growth mindset with a can-do attitude, self-motivation, and results-driven approach
  • • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team
