Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at JR VENDING PTE. LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a full range of financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and general ledger management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Process and reconcile bank statements, ensuring timely and accurate postings.
  • Prepare and submit invoices for customer payments, including GIRO collections and cash.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for billing matching, checking, and invoice posting in the accounting system.
  • Perform day-to-day finance operations, including preparing balance sheet schedules and quarterly GST submissions.
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties, including external auditors, tax agents, and corporate secretarial agents.
Requirements
  • NiTEC/Professional Certificate, Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking.
  • 2-3 years of work experience in Accounting & Finance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Meticulous, accurate, trustworthy, and able to work independently.
