Advanced IC Design Verification Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Design Verification Lead to join our team. This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership and technical skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design verification process, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.
- Develop and execute verification plans, testbenches, and scripts to verify IC physical designs from RTL to GDS.
- Collaborate with block coordinators to resolve critical issues and provide solutions to block owners.
- Lead the development of top-level designs for complex hierarchical chips, including floorplan, partition, and assembly tasks.
- Coordinate with frontend and signoff teams to ensure timely delivery of SoC PD tasks and manage full chip PD schedules and tapeouts.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of IC design and leadership experience in tapeout processes.
- Proficiency in UNIX/LINUX environments and programming languages such as C/C++, Python, TCL, or Perl.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with different teams and drive projects to completion on time with quality.
