We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our dynamic team as a Clinical Embryologist. In this critical role, you will be responsible for performing andrology and embryology duties following laboratory protocols and professional standards.

Job Description

In this position, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing clinical embryology and andrology duties with precision and accuracy, adhering to established protocols and quality standards.
  • Conducting routine diagnostic services and laboratory procedures aligned with IVF practices, ensuring the highest level of patient care.
  • Managing supplies and handling equipment required for ART procedures, maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Adhering to quality control measures, ethical standards, and regulatory guidelines in the handling of gametes and embryos, upholding the integrity of our laboratory.
  • Maintaining a sterile laboratory environment, conducting calibration, daily checks, and preventive maintenance of laboratory equipment.
  • Accurately collecting, maintaining, and reporting laboratory statistics, providing valuable insights for process improvement.
  • Participating in patient and staff education sessions, contributing to a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A Degree in Clinical Embryology, Biomedical Science, Life Sciences or its equivalent, demonstrating your expertise in the field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience, showcasing your ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in laboratory skills and policies specific to IVF procedures, ensuring seamless execution of tasks.
  • Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail, enabling you to work accurately and efficiently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively with colleagues and patients.
  • Able to communicate clearly and professionally, conveying complex information with ease.
