Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Systems Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and experience in the Oil and Gas industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and enhance the reliability of electrical equipment in the Gas Engine Generator (GEG) area.
  • Implement and maintain reliability programs and maintenance procedures for electrical systems.
  • Manage minor CAPEX electrical projects in line with company standards.
  • Investigate electrical failures to identify root causes and implement solutions.
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders, including government agencies, on electrical matters.
  • Support major expansion projects from an electrical and operational perspective.
  • Work with Licensed Electrical Workers to ensure system integrity.
  • Participate in emergency response, with assigned roles and responsibilities.
Requirements

To be considered for this position, candidates must have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in the Oil and Gas or Petrochemical industry.
  • Experience in Electrical maintenance or design.
