Job Title:
Project Engineer for M&E Systems

Description:
As a seasoned Project Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) systems projects from concept to completion. Your expertise in project management, claims administration, and sub-contracting will be essential in ensuring timely delivery and optimal project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from initiation to close-out, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any concerns or issues that may arise

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in project engineering, preferably in the M&E industry
- Strong understanding of chiller systems, ACMV, and HVAC systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
