Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Security Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. This critical role requires expertise in designing, configuring, and troubleshooting network infrastructure for CCTV surveillance, facial recognition, and IoT security devices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and troubleshoot network infrastructure for secure integration of video management systems (VMS), IP cameras, access control systems, and IoT sensors over secure network architectures.
  • Ensure stable performance of network infrastructure by managing bandwidth, latency, VLAN, VPN, multicast routing, and system reliability.
  • Provide technical support and solution design, including proposal preparation and product configuration.
  • Coordinate Proof of Concept (POC), testing, and project delivery.
  • Participate in project acceptance tests, documentation, and training sessions.
  • Collect system feedback, analyze product performance, and propose improvements for network security and solution reliability.
  • Support marketing and promotional activities with technical expertise.

Requirements

  • Education: Diploma or Degree in Network Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with:
  • CCTV surveillance platforms, facial recognition software, and IoT access control systems.
  • Network devices (routers, switches, firewalls) and protocols (TCP/IP, VLAN, QoS, VPN).
  • Video management systems (VMS), storage solutions (NAS/SAN), and IoT security protocols (ONVIF, MQTT, RTSP).

Preferred Skills

  • LAN/WAN design & implementation, PoE for IP cameras, redundancy & failover solutions.
  • Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex network/system issues.
  • Strong communication and customer service orientation.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to coordinate across teams.
  • CCNA / HCNA / CompTIA Network+ certification.
  • Vendor certifications in CCTV or security platforms.
