Facilities Maintenance Professional

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Professional to join our team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of residential facilities. This includes adhering to sound engineering practices, building codes, and safety precautions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain tools and equipment through regular cleaning and lubrication, as well as visual inspections.
  • Implement preventative maintenance schedules for machinery, equipment, and facilities.
  • Inspect and maintain machinery, diagnose issues, repair or replace defective systems or components.
  • Adhere to Lockout/Tagout procedures when performing maintenance work.
  • Daily routine checks of pump rooms, consumer switch rooms, and MDF rooms.
  • Assist in the day-to-day operation of the Engineering Department.
  • Perform repairs such as replacing light bulbs in common areas and amenity spaces.
  • Participate in fire-fighting and safety evacuation exercises.
  • Address residence owners professionally, positively, and timely manner.
  • Listen actively and respond positively to residence owners' questions, concerns, and requests using specific processes to resolve issues and build trust.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • BASIC SKILLS IN MAINTAINING, TROUBLESHOOTING, AND REPAIRING BUILDING EQUIPMENT.
  • KNOWLEDGE OF HOTEL/RESIDENCES MAINTENANCE AND MANAGEMENT.
  • MECHANICAL/ELECTRICAL/PLUMBING & BUILDING ENGINEERING SKILLS.
  • ELECTRICAL CONTROL & TROUBLE-SHOOTING SKILLS.
