We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team in the healthcare industry. Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare operations, clinical practices, and patient engagement strategies.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying key stakeholders in the healthcare sector, building relationships with them, and providing personalized solutions to enhance their reach and impact.
  • They will work closely with our cross-functional teams to understand clinical journeys, provider strengths, and patient profiles, and match them with the right content solutions.
  • The ideal candidate will also oversee the full journey of onboarding, content calendar deployment, and ensure providers go live with the right brand tone, structure, and ROI.
  • They will capture provider insights and feed them into product, content, and growth teams to keep us razor-sharp.
">Requirements">
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in healthtech, hospital partnerships, pharma, insurance, or digital health.
  • Direct experience working with doctors, clinics, hospitals, or insurance providers, with a deep understanding of how they think, decide, and influence care.
  • A strong grasp of how AI and digital tools are transforming healthcare, particularly in patient engagement and content personalization.
  • The ability to influence without hard-selling, with a trusted advisor mindset.
  • Skilled at stakeholder mapping, objection handling, and follow-through.
  • Able to work independently across time zones and collaborate with product, content, and tech teams.
">Bonus Qualifications">
  • Experience working in AI-enabled SaaS for healthcare.
  • A background in medical communication, strategic partnerships, or provider engagement.
  • Ability to extract value from medical podcasts, conference talks, research mentions, or awards.
  • Familiarity with APAC or GCC healthcare ecosystems.
  • Global team across Singapore, India, and US.
  • Travel to client locations, global demos, and health conferences (performance-based).
