We are seeking an experienced and skilled Dental Assistant to join our team at Intercept Healthcare Pte Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for:
• Sterilizing instruments and equipment to ensure a safe working environment
• Preparing patients and parents for procedures, including explaining treatment options and obtaining consent
• Assisting dentists during procedures, such as surgery and radiography
• Participating in dental laboratory work, including model pouring and other tasks as required
• Managing patients and their families, providing instructions and support as needed
• Performing basic front office duties, including answering phone calls and managing correspondence

Requirements:
• Higher Secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Dentistry, Medicine, OHT, Nursing, or equivalent qualification
• At least 3 years of working experience in a related field is highly desirable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
