Heavy Machinery Engineer Job Description

The role of a Heavy Equipment Maintenance Specialist involves ensuring that various types of heavy machinery are properly maintained and operated. This includes inspecting equipment, performing routine maintenance tasks, and troubleshooting issues as they arise.

As a Heavy Equipment Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting the Lead Engineer with daily operations and technical tasks. You will also provide support during site inspections or service-related jobs, help prepare documentation and reports, and follow up on work progress and coordinate with other departments.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and gain experience in mechanical engineering, including mechanical systems, mechanics, and machine operation. Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A study background in Mechanical Engineering is required for this position.
  • Candidates must have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • You should also be highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.

Working Hours and Location

This full-time position offers Monday to Saturday working hours from 8am-6pm, with regular breaks throughout the day. The location of the job is Tuas, Singapore.
