We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Solutions Architect Lead to join our team at Apar Technologies PTE. LTD.

About the Role

The successful candidate will lead the design, development, and implementation of complex IT solutions that meet business needs, focusing on middle-to-back-office capabilities for private market processes.

You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, analyze data, and develop models to support business processes. Additionally, you will prioritize features based on business goals and technical feasibility, ensuring project delivery remains on track.

This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage teams and senior business stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement IT solutions that address business needs, challenges, and opportunities;
  • Analyze and conceptualize IT solutions, validating them with engineering and architecture teams;
  • Conduct data analysis to identify patterns and develop models to support business processes;
  • Prioritize features based on business goals and technical feasibility;
  • Support project teams during execution, engaging business SMEs as needed;
  • Define test strategy, execute test cases, and provide clarifications during testing phases;
  • Prepare training plans and user manuals, conduct user training, and support system adoption;
  • Collaborate across Front, Middle, and Back Office, the extended Technology team, and industry partners;
Requirements
  • A degree in Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field;
  • Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in technology business analysis or software development, with a focus on investment/banking applications;
  • Experience overseeing complex IT projects, including system integrations and data migrations;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong ability to manage teams and senior business stakeholders;
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills;
  • Team player with a growth mindset and the ability to work independently;
  • Proven excellence in documenting BRD, FSD, use cases in Gherkin format, visual modeling, and business processes;
  • High expertise in ETL processes, SQL, and APIs;
  • Experience in data analysis, pattern recognition, and model development;
  • Experience in Product Management and Agile Methodology, with a strong delivery focus;
  • Good understanding of the investment business domain;
  • Knowledge of financial applications, workflows, UI/UX, database design, and software engineering best practices;
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and professional development opportunities.
