Asia Securities Operations Associate (Corporate Actions)

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Asia Operations team as an Asia Securities Operations Associate. This role will be responsible for managing securities and derivatives settlements, transfers, corporate actions, and asset maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and control securities functions to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Handle client and stakeholder queries, demonstrating market knowledge and process understanding.
  • Participate in projects, including migration of processes into Asia, and collaborate with Swiss teams.
  • Maintain client service standards to enhance client satisfaction.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in Banking/Finance.
  • Up to 10 years of experience in Corporate Actions.
  • Knowledge of financial products, market infrastructure, regulations, and SWIFT messages.
  • Strong communication skills and technical expertise.
  • Proficiency in Office suite; VBA macro skills are a plus.
  • Understanding of key risk areas and control procedures.
  • Open to candidates with varying levels of experience for junior and senior roles.
