We are seeking a skilled Social Media & Content Manager to join our team at STONEX FINANCIAL PTE. LTD.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, resourcing, and prioritizing all requests from marketing, technology, and business stakeholders within our Social Media global needs.

This role spans across all digital touchpoints, with a focus on the APAC region and global insights. The successful candidate will create and/or gather regular market commentary and analysis to highlight StoneX's expertise and experts available for social media followers.

The objective is to increase exposure and attract new followers by supporting traders, investors, and others adjacent to the financial industry through multiple channels, including media engagement and brand building.

Market insights will cover FX, commodities, and indices, as well as other financial venues such as payments, crypto, and more. SEO tenets will be paired with coverage to build awareness of StoneX through search engine algorithms and word of mouth.

Responsibilities
  • Produce written and video analysis content across key asset classes for social media consumption.
  • Monitor developments in the markets and produce timely, compelling written and video content utilizing fundamental, technical, and sentiment analysis.
  • Funnel own content effectively into various social media platforms, considering post size and voice requirements.
  • Publish insights from internal tools and other colleagues with specialties in other markets to social media platforms.
  • Support the development of evergreen and educational content.
  • Collaborate with Content, Design, Product, Technology, Commercial, and other internal teams to ensure market commentary content meets trader needs.
  • Attend and contribute to regular social media and global content planning meetings, as well as stakeholder meetings.
  • Determine useful testing based on content effectiveness reports.
  • Produce and distribute commentary to media and respond to questions as they arise.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in financial markets, economics, or similar concentration.
  • Strong understanding of FX, commodity, and indices markets and how to communicate them within a beginner, intermediate, or advanced audience.
  • Experience producing compelling content using fundamental, technical, and/or sentiment analysis.
  • Social media expertise required, with strong familiarity with main social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • Experience working in virtual teams and remotely with international resources and stakeholders.
  • Persuasive communicator, both orally and in writing.
  • Ability to prioritize and execute in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
  • Track record of delivering timely, compelling, error-free short- and long-form market analysis content.
  • Demonstrated personal interest in the markets and trading.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and industry qualifications (CFA, CMT, CFTe) a plus.

Salary: SGD 80,000 - SGD 120,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include medical insurance, paid leave, and opportunities for professional growth.
