The Director of Global Threat Hunting Centre will lead the development and implementation of a world-class threat hunting program for our global banking operations.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive threat hunting strategy and roadmap
  • Implement hunting programs and methodologies
  • Establish detection and platform engineering capabilities to achieve program objectives
  • Collaborate with global cybersecurity teams to build a robust and resilient cyber defense posture

This role will be based in Singapore and report directly to the APAC CISO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Global Threat Hunting Centre operations
  • Implement detection-as-code as the core tenet of the Threat hunting program
  • Design and implement a data, telemetry, and log collection platform
  • Manage and mentor a team of threat hunters, detection engineers, and platform engineers
  • Provide executive-level reporting on program maturity, hunting results, and security posture

Skill Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 years in threat hunting, digital forensics, and incident response
  • Experience in Threat Hunting frameworks such as PEAK and TAHITI
  • Security certifications such as SANS Advanced Incident Response, Threat Hunting, and Digital Forensics
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing a global team
