Procurement Specialist

The Procurement Specialist plays a pivotal role in securing material availability at the right cost, quality, and time for our customers. This involves navigating volume ramps, managing supply chain complexity, and driving structural changes and continuous improvements in core processes.
This specialist ensures effective and efficient execution of operational procurement activities by arranging adequate material supply, resolving operational procurement issues, and driving cost efficiency and master data control.
The ideal candidate will independently manage the operational procurement process for multiple suppliers, prepare and oversee supplier negotiations, and track all communication for full transparency.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing tactical suppliers;
- Sourcing commodities from single to dual sourcing;
- Reviewing invoicing, investigating, and finding resolutions;
- Working under regular supervision of Sourcing Leads;
- Managing New Product Introduction (NPI) with Sourcing Leads;
To be successful in this role, the Procurement Specialist must have a strong understanding of supply chain management principles and practices. They should be able to analyze complex data sets, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop strategies to drive business growth.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in procurement or a related role.
