BATHSYSTEM SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Precast Concrete Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of precast projects from tender stage to project completion.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Civil Engineering, Building, or Quantity Surveying, and at least 3 years of relevant work experience in precast concrete construction. You will be proficient in MS Office and measurement software, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Tender document preparation and presentation, including pricing analysis and budget planning.
  2. Sourcing materials and labor for projects, collaborating with suppliers and subcontractors.
  3. Cost monitoring and control throughout the project lifecycle, identifying areas for cost savings and implementing process improvements.
  4. Client and stakeholder communication, developing and maintaining relationships to ensure effective project delivery.
  5. Technical and commercial submission evaluation, analyzing and evaluating subcontractor and vendor proposals.
