About the Job

We are seeking a skilled QA Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in performing First Article Inspection measurement based on drawings and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of inspection points.

  • Perform First Article Inspection measurement based on drawings.
  • Perform in-process part measurement based on inspection standards.
  • Program measurement machines for dimensions checks.
  • Compile FA reports, including CPK data if required.
  • Ensure maintenance of equipment and proper storage and usage in the measurement room.
  • Assist in preparing and buyoff of jigs and fixtures for measurement.
  • Train QC inspectors in measurement techniques.
  • Identify defects.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a QA Technician in a manufacturing environment.
  • The ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
