Job Title:

Afterschool Care Teacher


Job Description:As an Afterschool Care Teacher, you will be responsible for implementing a program that aligns with the centre's policies, guidelines, framework and philosophy. You will work closely with primary school children to ensure they complete their daily homework, and keep accurate records of their progress. Your individualized approach will help address each child's educational and developmental needs.

You will also be responsible for maintaining and building relationships with children and parents, conducting unique enrichment programs and ensuring safety.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement the centre's program in accordance with policies, guidelines, framework and philosophy.
  • Guide primary school children (primary 1 to 5) to ensure completion of daily homework.
  • Keep accurate records of children's progress and address each child's educational and developmental needs on an individual basis.
  • Responsible for the preparation and upkeep of teaching resources, arrangement, appearance and learning environment of the classroom.
  • Maintain and build relationships with children and parents.
  • Conduct unique enrichment programmes.
  • Ensure safety and timely service.
