  • Monitor, identify, and resolve performance issues to ensure high availability and scalability of applications.
  • Implement and enforce security best practices, conduct regular security audits, and address vulnerabilities promptly.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, UX/UI designers, product managers, and QA engineers, to deliver high-quality products.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in backend development, with a proven track record of successful projects.
  • Proficiency in PHP and Java, with a strong understanding of both languages' ecosystems.
  • Extensive experience with the LAMP stack: Linux, Apache, MySQL, and PHP.
  • Deep experience in at least one PHP web framework, such as Laravel.
  • Strong experience with database technologies like MySQL.
  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
  • Familiarity with web frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Ability to lead projects independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
