Job Title: Chiropractic Care Specialist

Our healthcare organization seeks a skilled and dedicated Chiropractor to join our team in a fast-paced retail clinic environment.

The ideal candidate is passionate about improving patient health and wellness, thrives under a busy schedule, and excels at building trust and rapport through excellent communication and clinical expertise.

  • Patient Consultations:
    • Conduct comprehensive consultations by reviewing patients' medical histories, including past injuries, surgeries, and lifestyle factors.
  • Physical Assessments:
    • Perform physical assessments with a focus on spinal health, posture, and range of motion.
  • Diagnostics and Treatment Planning:
    • Order and interpret diagnostic x-rays to support clinical findings, and develop and recommend appropriate treatment plans based on accurate diagnoses.
  • Chiropractic Adjustments:
    • Deliver chiropractic adjustments in an open-clinic setting while maintaining professionalism and patient comfort.
  • Patient Education:
    • Educate patients on chiropractic principles, recovery strategies, and rehabilitative exercises to support long-term health.
  • Referrals and Relationships:
    • Refer patients to appropriate healthcare professionals when additional medical intervention is required, and foster strong and positive relationships with patients to encourage trust and treatment adherence.
  • Patient Records and Quality Control:
    • Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records including treatment notes and progress reports, and manage a high caseload efficiently while ensuring exceptional quality of care and patient satisfaction.
  • Clinic Operations and Training:
    • Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless clinic operations and high patient retention, and participate in internal training and development programs to continuously improve clinical and service delivery standards, as well as to train others.

Requirements:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Chiropractic from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure and Certification:
    • Successful completion of written and clinical exams by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners (NBCE).
  • Skillset:
    • Strong diagnostic skills, including professional interpretation of x-rays, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work autonomously as well as part of a collaborative team, positive attitude, strong integrity, and high standards of professional conduct.
