Expert Bookkeeper and Financial Analyst

As an Accounting Services Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality accounting services to clients. Your primary focus will be on performing bookkeeping and accounting services, taxation work, quarterly GST, and payroll services.
You will also prepare unaudited financial statements in accordance with Financial Reporting Standards (FRSs) and streamline clients' cashflow monitoring processes. Additionally, you will provide internal process consultancy and backoffice software consultancy to clients.
- Perform regular bookkeeping and accounting services, including bank reconciliation and audit schedules.
- Prepare client's unaudited financial statements according to FRSs.
- Streamline clients' cashflow monitoring processes.

- Review junior consultants' work for accuracy and reasonableness.
The ideal candidate should have a diploma or degree in Accountancy, Finance, or professional accounting qualifications such as ACCA. At least one year of relevant experience in accounting firms is required, along with proven exposure to managing full sets of accounts or equivalent experience in a related industry.
Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, MYOB, or Xero is essential. Working knowledge of MS Office & MS Excel is also necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- At least diploma or degree in Accountancy, Finance, or professional accounting qualifications such as ACCA.
- At least 1 years relevant experience in accounting firm.
- With proven exposure to managing full sets of accounts or equivalent experience in a related industry.
- Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, MYOB, or Xero.
- Working knowledge of MS Office & MS Excel.
