Wildlife Park Operations Specialist

Mandai Wildlife Reserve is a hub for wildlife conservation and management. We are driving an exciting rejuvenation plan, integrating five wildlife parks with nature-based experiences and eco-friendly initiatives.
Main Responsibilities:- Oversee daily park operations, ensuring smooth queue and crowd management while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences by managing on-ground feedback and closing service gaps.
- Manage incidents and report as necessary.
- Implement safe work practices and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Promote innovative ideas to enhance park-related and guest experience matters.
- Support staff management, including manpower planning, deployment, and training.
- Analyze and review reports to inform decision-making.
- Contribute to wildlife management efforts and manage assigned projects.
- Perform other relevant duties as required.
- Diploma or degree in a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably with leadership and project management expertise.
- Pleasant, courteous, and confident demeanor.
- Excellent communication skills with a good command of written and spoken English.
- A strong team player with the ability to work independently.
- A resourceful self-starter with good time management and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
