Chiropractic Front Desk Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to handle front desk operations and multiple administrative tasks in our chiropractic clinic.

  • Friendly, mature, and hardworking individuals with excellent customer service skills are required to assist doctors and patients in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
  1. Greet patients professionally and create a welcoming atmosphere.
  2. Check in patients efficiently and manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls and responding to emails and text messages.
  3. Cookbook patient schedules, appointments, and bookings.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and databases.
  5. Handle cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods securely.
  6. Resolve patient concerns and issues professionally.
  7. Collaborate with chiropractors and other clinic staff for smooth operations.
  8. Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and scanning documents.
  9. Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
Requirements:
  • Fluent English speaker preferred.
  • 1 Year experience working in a chiropractic or healthcare clinic an asset but not required.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to learn new software applications quickly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
