We are seeking a highly skilled Mathematics Education Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our education department, you will be responsible for developing and delivering math materials tailored to different grade levels based on the syllabus and learning objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or higher in Mathematics, Education, or a related field, as well as teaching certifications such as MOE registered teacher. A minimum of 1-2 years of teaching experience is required, with prior experience with international curricula being preferred.

In this role, you will work closely with other teachers to develop interdisciplinary projects and curriculum development. You will also create personalized learning plans to address individual student needs and weaknesses, monitor student progress through formal and informal assessments and evaluations, and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver math materials tailored to different grade levels based on the syllabus and learning objectives
  • Conduct engaging math lessons for various programs, such as AEIS, IB, IGCSE, O/A Level, and PSLE (local or international curricula)
  • Effectively manage and motivate students to their full potential
  • Collaborate with other teachers for interdisciplinary projects and curriculum development
  • Create personalized learning plans to address individual student needs and weaknesses
  • Monitor student progress through formal and informal assessments and evaluations and provide constructive feedback to students and parents
  • Prepare students to excel in exams

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Mathematics, Education, or a related field
  • Teaching certifications such as MOE registered teacher
  • Minimum 1-2 years of teaching experience
  • Prior experience with international curricula
  • Familiarity with PSLE, AEIS, IB, IGCSE, or equivalent exam requirements
  • Strong classroom management skills with the ability to engage and adapt to different learners' needs
  • Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit
  • Proficiency in using online teaching platforms such as Zoom and Google Classroom
