- Engage with customers to assess their needs and provide information on air conditioning systems, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a secure working environment for all personnel.
- Ensure that all service standards and precision performance goals are achieved to maintain smooth operations.
- Assist with scheduling daily operations and special events to meet budget requirements.
- Demonstrate the ability and willingness to further develop skills, abilities, and knowledge on their own, staying up-to-date with industry developments.
- Communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Have basic knowledge of computer use and be familiar with MS Word and MS Excel.
- Demonstrate the ability to follow verbal and written instructions, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
