As a Data Protection Specialist Lead at RSM, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients' compliance with data protection regulations. Your primary responsibility will be to plan and coordinate PDPA audits and advisory services.
Key Responsibilities- Review and implement PDPA policies for our clients.
- Develop and maintain an internal audit framework that aligns with PDPA guidelines.
- Work closely with our Digital Trust team to provide data protection solutions.
- Conduct regular PDPA and security awareness training for our clients.
- Lead incident response efforts in the event of data breaches.
- Promote a culture of transparency and accountability within our organization.
- Maintain strong relationships with our clients through effective communication and project management.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A diploma or degree in Information Systems, Risk Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in internal audit, IT audit, and/or security.
- A solid understanding of PDPA and other relevant regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, we also provide opportunities for professional growth and development.
