Robotics Technician

Primech AI is looking for a skilled Robotics Technician to join our R&D team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years' experience in robot testing, assembly, control, and manipulation of robotic arms, as well as deployment support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform on-site deployment of robotic systems, ensuring seamless integration and efficient operation.
  • Assemble robotic systems and components, applying strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Control and manipulate robotic arms for various applications, achieving precision and accuracy.
  • Conduct diagnostics and troubleshooting to ensure the proper function of robotic arms and related equipment, identifying and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Document testing procedures, maintenance tasks, and any modifications made to the systems, maintaining accurate records and enhancing knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
  • ITE or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field, demonstrating strong foundational knowledge.
  • Minimum 1 year's experience in robotics testing, assembly, deploy, and manipulation of robotic arms, showcasing practical skills and expertise.
  • Strong understanding of robotic systems, including hardware and software components, enabling effective design and implementation.
  • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment for troubleshooting and maintenance, ensuring efficient resolution of technical issues.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills, facilitating collaboration and information exchange within the team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, driving innovative solutions and continuous improvement.
