**Job Title:** Culinary Operations Expert
As a Culinary Operations Expert, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and service are consistently delivered in our kitchen. Your expertise in Western cuisine, including food preparation, cooking methods, and presentation standards, will be essential in meeting customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform operations according to work instructions accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cutting, de-cartoning, and seasoning of ingredients with precision.
- Maintain high levels of hygiene and food safety at all times.
- Monitor and perform simple machine troubleshooting.
- Prepare and manage cooking for sauces and soups.
- Maintain cleanliness and neatness of the working station.
- Possess a strong passion for joining the F&B industry and delivering excellent customer service.
- Be a friendly, service-oriented, and strong team player.
- Able to follow standard operating procedures accurately and work efficiently under time constraints.
- Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, in accordance with F&B operating hours.
- Possess a valid Class 3 driving license with a clean driving record.
