Strategic Enterprise Architect

We are seeking an Enterprise Architecture Lead to join our team of technical leaders. This role is a key component of our organization, focused on building credibility and trust with technical leaders in our largest customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage with Telco CIOs, CTOs, enterprise architects, and business leaders to define platform strategies aligned with their digital priorities.
- Translate complex network and operational challenges into innovative ServiceNow solutions across domains such as IT, customer operations, network operations, field services, and partner ecosystems.
- Lead architecture and design engagements to demonstrate how ServiceNow meets the needs of large telecommunications providers through TM Forum-aligned architecture models.
- Collaborate across pre-sales, product management, and industry go-to-market teams to shape and deliver Telco reference architectures and platform roadmaps.
- 15+ years of technology experience, including 5+ years in the telecommunications industry.
- Strong knowledge of Telco business models, operations, and architecture frameworks.
- Experience in delivering TM Forum Catalyst Projects.
- Proven ability to influence Telco executives and technical stakeholders by articulating industry-specific value propositions.
- Deep understanding of cloud-based platforms, SaaS architectures, and emerging technologies such as AI/ML, 5G, edge computing, and network automation.
- Hands-on experience mapping Telco use cases to platform capabilities.
This role acts as a technical leader for our customers' most complex solutions, designed to ensure they can realize the value they need. Our team brings technical expertise, real-world experience, strong executive engagement skills, and an inspirational mindset to help our customers understand the opportunities of the platform of platforms vision.
In this position, you will be responsible for leading architecture and design engagements, collaborating across teams, and defining platform strategies. You will also have the opportunity to work with our customers' most complex solutions and bring technical expertise to drive business outcomes.
We act as trusted advisors to our customers, providing strategic guidance on their technology investments. As an Enterprise Architecture Lead, you will play a critical role in shaping our customers' digital futures.
