Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Investment and Asset Management Professional. As an intern, you will assist our team in conducting market research, analyzing business feasibility, and supporting deal execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and analyze business feasibility on potential deal opportunities
- Assist the team in creating financial models and understanding deal risks and concerns
- Support the team in preparing business approval materials and monitoring investment performance
- Provide research support and assist in real deal execution if opportunity arises
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Real Estate, Finance, Hospitality, or Business
- Proficient in Power BI, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and possess a right attitude and passion to learn new things
- Detail-oriented and able to identify the big picture
