Electrical Project Coordinator Opportunity

Are you a seasoned leader in commercial building electrical projects? We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to oversee the execution of our projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely completion, quality control, and effective communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Oversight: Ensure project progress is on track by reviewing status updates, budget reports, and technical documentation.
  • Daily Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed daily reports to management to maintain transparent communication and accountability.
  • Material Management: Plan material usage to minimize waste and optimize resources.
  • Site Meetings: Attend site meetings to coordinate with stakeholders, address project issues, and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Communication: Demonstrate strong communication skills in liaising with team members, subcontractors, main contractors, and management to facilitate smooth project execution.

Our ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in Commercial building Electrical background and possess relevant certifications such as Building Construction Supervisor Safety Course and Work at Height Supervisor Course. They should also be able to work independently and be competent with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.). Additionally, they should have strong follow-up skills to ensure timely task completion.
