In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the company's compliance with regulatory requirements.

Your responsibilities will include conducting customer due diligence checks, providing guidance on compliance and anti-money laundering matters, and assisting with the preparation and submission of various reports.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct customer due diligence (CDD) checks.
  • Provide guidance on compliance and anti-money laundering matters.
  • Assist with the preparation and submission of FATCA and CRS reporting.
  • Assist with preparation and filing of suspicious transaction reports.
  • Assist with reviewing and updating internal policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, accountancy, banking and finance or law; diploma in law will be considered.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Compliance Executive or similar role.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
