Estimated Salary: SGD 80,000 - SGD 110,000 per annumJob Description
  • Facilities Management: Develop and implement effective facilities management strategies in accordance with established policies and budget.
  • Maintenance Planning: Create annual maintenance plans to ensure offices, AMP@Pasir Ris, and CommonSpace are well-maintained.
  • Contractor Management: Source and appoint reliable contractors for maintenance and repairs services, adhering to established policies.
  • Servicing and Repairs: Supervise maintenance and repair works and process payments for satisfactory services rendered.
  • Facilities Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for tenants and stakeholders regarding facilities and security-related issues.
  • Tenant Management: Manage and coordinate tenant usage of AMP facility, including contracts, terms, and billing terms.
  • Building Partnerships: Liaise with building owners, authorities, and partners on building services and facilities.
  • Equipment Procurement: Attend to needs of operating units for fixture & fittings, equipment, and execute appropriate purchases as required.
  • Utility Management: Manage issuance of passes, parking tokens, renewal of utilities contractors for electricity, and monitoring of utilities (water and electricity).
  • Budget Preparation: Prepare annual maintenance and services budget.
  • Representations: Represent AMP at facilities-related meetings and events.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in facilities/building management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of related experience in property management or commercial building administration.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Able to perform multiple tasks effectively.
