At HR Focus, we are seeking an exceptional Business Development and Customer Success Specialist to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced sales environment.
About the RoleThis role is responsible for generating new business opportunities and delivering excellent customer service to drive growth and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to build relationships with clients, and possess a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospect Generation: Identify new business opportunities through research and networking.
- Sales Process Optimization: Analyze and improve the sales process to increase conversion rates and revenue.
- Sales Planning and Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Customer Satisfaction and Support: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A competitive salary ranging from SGD 50,000 to SGD 70,000 per annum (depending on experience).
