Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Support Specialist to join our team at WINGS Counselling Centre. This is a junior role that requires strong counselling skills, ability to work with children, youth and adults, and maintain documentation of all counselling activities.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about providing mental health support to individuals from diverse backgrounds. The successful candidate will be equipped with the necessary skills to facilitate workshops in schools and community settings, and will have the ability to adapt to a multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide mental health support to clients through individual and group counselling sessions
  • Facilitate workshops in schools and community settings to promote mental well-being
  • Maintain accurate records of counselling activities and client progress
  • Collaborate with other professionals to provide comprehensive support services
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's Degree in Counselling or equivalent qualification
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong ethical and moral values
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated to be around SGD $40,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including:
