Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Admin to join our team at CORESTAFF PTE. LTD.

As a Sales Admin, you will be responsible for order processing, data accuracy, customer communication, and sales record management.

The ideal candidate will have a GCE 'O' level or high school diploma and previous experience in sales administration or a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process orders via email or phone
  • Verify data accuracy before releasing orders to production
  • Communicate with customers to obtain missing information or answer queries
  • Liaise with logistics to ensure timely deliveries
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records
  • Expedite orders through internal coordination
  • Direct important customer feedback to relevant departments
  • Stay up-to-date with new products and features
  • Provide administrative support and handle ad-hoc tasks

Requirements:

  • GCE 'O' level or high school diploma
  • Previous experience in sales administration or a similar role
