Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Logistics Assistant. As a key member of the operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods and materials within our logistics network.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Receiving and tendering cargo from/to agents at airport cargo terminals
  • Sorting incoming/outgoing packages and splitting packages to X-ray machines
  • Preparing clearance documentation and verifying receipt of cargo
  • Scanning all import/export packages including those that have gone through X-ray machines
  • Loading and unloading packages from company vehicles
  • Managing contractors assigned to assist loading and unloading processes
  • Performing any other duties assigned from time to time

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Secondary education or equivalent preferred
  • Class 3 driving license would be an advantage
  • 1-2 years relevant experience preferred
  • Able to carry packages up to 30kg
  • Must be able to write and speak simple English
  • Willingness to work on shifts
