Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead transformational projects from start to end, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Develop and implement engineering/process solutions for existing and new operations, focusing on safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Conduct internal process and project audits to ensure adherence to internal processes and standards.
  • Research and recommend technology and operation methods to improve productivity, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Prepare and present objective reports on deliverables and project progress to stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including users, to drive on-ground adoption and implementation of solutions.
  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Practices and process flows, work process instructions, training, and other implementation strategies for projects.
  • Evaluate and review safety of operations, including cranes, lifting plans, and modes/sequencing of operations.
  • Prepare internal purchase requests and follow up on procurement of services and equipment.

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Project Management, Automation, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience as a project manager/project lead.
  • Proven track record of driving on-ground implementation of innovative solutions with users.
  • Strong design/critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Word programs (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.) and excellent presentation skills.
  • Ability to generate cost models and test financial feasibility.
  • Able to independently manage projects and make decisions on-ground.
  • Knowledge of engineering or supply chain processes.
  • Able to manage internal and external stakeholders and possess excellent people management skills.
