Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Operations Coordinator to join our team. As an Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring accurate record-keeping and proper data organization.
You will prepare and issue invoices, service memos, and related documentation in a timely manner. Additionally, you will coordinate between drivers and customers to provide operational support and deliver excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in administration, operations coordination, or customer service. You will also assist the Operations Manager with scheduling and assigning delivery jobs to drivers.
Maintaining and updating job order records, tracking deliveries, and calculating driver incentives accurately are key responsibilities of this role.
- Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks
- Prepare and issue invoices, service memos, and related documentation
- Coordinate between drivers and customers
- Assist the Operations Manager with scheduling and assigning delivery jobs
- Maintain and update job order records, track deliveries, and calculate driver incentives
- Prior experience in administration, operations coordination, or customer service
- Benefits:
