AGENCY FOR INTEGRATED CARE PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager, Financial Management Treasury to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage daily cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for the company's operations.
  • Forecast short-term and long-term cash requirements and prepare bi-weekly cash flow projections for the holding company.
  • Check the CPG system for weekly payouts, ensure sufficient funds, and inform the holding company of the payouts.
  • Update disbursement receipts and perform inter-bank fund transfers.
  • Liaise with the holding company on funds, loan, and treasury-related functions.
  • Download bank statements and NC reports and send them to stakeholders.
  • Liaise with banks on banking matters and follow up on banking issues.
  • Prepare papers and board resolutions for changes in bank signatories and access rights.
  • Assist in financial reporting and compliance, including reviewing user access rights, ensuring timely completion of policies, and preparing periodic and ad-hoc reports.
  • Support improvements in work efficiency, productivity, and accuracy, and establish compliance with company financial policies.
Requirements:
  • Treasury experience and knowledge of cash flow management.
  • Excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and office software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
