Global Investment Leader

A senior finance professional is required to lead deal origination and client engagement, with a focus on building complex financial models and conducting research to evaluate lending opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing derivatives and loans to junior and mid-cap mining companies in metals and bulk commodities, with strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities include structuring and pricing bespoke derivative products, preparing investment memoranda for internal approvals, and liaising with external stakeholders such as legal counsel and financial advisors.
