Interior Sales & Site Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Interior Sales & Site Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing HDB renovation and carpentry sales, assisting in site coordination, materials proposal, and supporting the Director in administrative, coordination, and planning tasks.

About the Role:
  • Handle HDB renovation and carpentry sales inquiries from clients
  • Prepare and present basic quotations and proposals to clients
  • Assist in site supervision, coordination, and follow-up on daily site activities
  • Support material selection and preparation of sample boards for client presentation
  • Liaise with sub-contractors, suppliers, and internal carpentry workshop
  • Maintain communication between clients and internal team throughout the project
  • Understand AutoCAD plans
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or relevant field
  • Experience in HDB renovation and carpentry works preferred
  • Basic knowledge of AutoCAD
Benefits:

This role offers a competitive salary range of $2500 - $3200 (depending on experience) and a 5.5-day working week. You will also have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and develop your skills in interior design and sales.
