Description:

The successful candidate will be part of the Cargo Division, Cargo Sales & Marketing Department. Their primary objective is to leverage technology and sharpen the overall competitiveness of commercial activities. The position covers ensuring successful sales integration of Revenue Management System (RMS) and change management for improved business processes to drive cargo revenue and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand current cargo business processes in the existing business environment.
  • Review business requirements, communicate product vision/business requirements, and clear priorities to the vendor and stakeholders.
  • Prepare quality test scenarios to verify current system behavior and UAT for revenue management system (RMS) and its interfaces systems.
  • Ensure key project milestones are met for successful integration of revenue management system with existing sales processes, online marketplaces with real-time pricing/offers.
  • Ensure full compliance with IT security and control guidelines, segregation of duties, and information handling for the new system implementation.
  • Prepare training manuals and references guides after implementation. Document processes and SOPs.

Requirements:

  • Possess a university bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of sales/operations experience, preferably in the cargo industry.
  • Strong marketing knowledge and understanding of the local cargo market, supply chain management, and logistics.
  • Good communication with strong conceptual thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Tech-savvy and collaborative team player. Highly motivated individual.
  • Able to perform under stress with tight timelines, good time management.
  • Project management and change management ability.
